Community Boating
between the Hatch Shell and Longfellow Bridge, on the Esplanade
By T, use Charles Station on the Red Line, Arlington Station on the Green Line.
By car, use meters on Charles or Beacon, or the Common underground garage
By power boat, VHF 72 BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR DOCK for landing instructions
By canoe, kayak or rowing shell, land at the Hatch Shell end of the dock.
Preview the CRAB/MIT Sea Grant College Program project to chart the depth and hardness of the bottom of the Charles River!
